Terms of Service

CalcHub is operated by LM Technologies AS ("we", "us"), a company registered in Norway (org. no. 938 021 325). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

CalcHub provides engineering fitness-for-service assessments based on API 579-1/ASME FFS-1. See our Disclaimer for what the service is, and is not, a substitute for.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.

Payment and access

Full Access is sold as a single, one-off payment that grants 30 days of access from the time it is processed. This is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge and access does not renew automatically. To continue using Full Access after your 30 days end, you purchase again. If you buy again before your current access expires, the new 30 days are added on top of your remaining time.

Refunds are handled case by case; contact us if something went wrong with your payment. If we issue a refund, access granted by that payment is revoked.

Acceptable use

Don't use CalcHub to break the law, to attempt to access other users' data, or to circumvent access controls or payment. We may suspend accounts that do this.

Termination

You can stop using CalcHub and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LM Technologies AS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of CalcHub. See the Disclaimer for the engineering-specific limitations on liability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
